REVIEW #2 – Every time I come here I’m never disappointed. The service is great! So friendly! I don’t even mind tipping in drive thru since their service is so awesome! I always get a filled cup! Some places fill up to an inch or more from top and that’s very aggravating since you pay for a full cup. And it cost to buy Starbucks. For the two drinks in picture I got, we paid about $14. We got a venti white chocolate frappe & a strawberry refresher. Both were delicious and filled almost to the top! That makes me happy! REVIEW #3 – I stopped at this starbucks while on the way to the hospital to say goodbye to my grandmother, we were turning her machines off that afternoon. My grandmother was the first people to introduce me to coffee in my sippy cup! Been addicted since! I went through the drive through around 11 o’clock on 6/3 and the drive through lady was the absolute sweetest. I’ve worked customer service for ten years and i know the job can break you down, people can be so mean. But she was happy and seemed to be full of joy. She loved my nails and made sure to let me know. It wasnt till i arrived at the hospital that i noticed the writing on my lid. With that being said, they were properly staffed and it almost felt like I stepped into Santa’s Coffee Shop. REVIEW #1 – I frequent this Starbucks location just about everyday and have for the past couple of years as I only live about 5min away. Sometimes I sit in the cafe to work and other times I grab my cold brew to go. All of this to say, this is one of the best Starbucks that I have visited.

REVIEW #3 – Five Star Staff. I have to say the staff at this Starbucks are definitely worth Five Stars. I also must add that I am not a coffee drinker, but I make several trips to all the Starbucks around Huntsville AL for my wife and daughter on a regular basis. Just this morning I went to the Starbucks on Winchester Road, in a rush, to surprise try and grab my wife’s favorite coffee for her birthday and make it back home to give it to her, before she left for work. The Starbucks had a line of cars all the way around the building and I went inside where there were also a lot of folks grabbing coffee. I was greeted by the staff as they were joyful mad dash filling order’s. I waited less then a minute for one of the ladies to take my order, where she even went to apologize my wait. I then ordered and watched as the very professional staff worked together in it seemed such a perfect, poetic, and again joyous precision to get orders ready and out to the customers, like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in less the 5 minutes and again the lady thanked me and apologize for my wait. My Hat’s Off to the staff!!! You guys are ROCK STARS!!! – Alex Mullins
