REVIEW #1 – The customer service at this place is awesome! ALWAYS ! every time I’ve come ! The product is always fresh and served with a smile of COURSE The prices are a little pricey and of course you wait in line for a good bit if you go through the drive-through because everybody wants Starbucks in the morning that’s the expected. REVIEW #2 – No matter how busy they are, they are always polite and kind. The order is right and they smile. These seem like small things but with the cost of everything going up, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated and not as a burden. Plus, I love coffee. And they make great coffee. I’ve got to get the ladies name that works the drive-thru and knits hats bc she goes out of her way to make sure your order is right, ahe smiles, and she is very personable. REVIEW #3 – Every time I come here i’m always greeted with a smile! It’s always a clean environment and the music is always upbeat and fun. The person who took my order was very easy going and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive at times because I’m still new to trying Starbucks. They made sure to tell me all the options I could choose from as well as laughed and joked with me and made me feel at ease. It’s my favorite location to visit. And I can’t wait to go there again next time I’m in town. By the way, I swear they put crack in those chocolate Chip cookies because they are completely addictive. REVIEW #2 – Nestled in the rolling hills of the Crossplex village, this Starbucks is unique in many ways. There is a very large study for meeting room with its own coffee service inside. It is behind a large glass sliding doors and is a perfect place for a corporate meeting or just a large gathering with friends. This location also serves nitro cold brew! – Neil Greathouse

REVIEW #2 – Out of all of the Starbucks in the Birmingham market, with the exception of the alabaster Kent dairy farm Starbucks, I would say they are one of the best. It’s hard to find great starbucks customer service with no mistakes made. The others in my opinion are probably one star, maybe 2 star at best, in my opinion.
