REVIEW #1 – Great experience on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I actually had no wait so got there at the right time. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I had both a manicure and pedicure and my total time there was an hour and a half. While the manicure was done well the polish was a little light. The lady owner there however noticed it herself while I was getting my pedicure and applied more polish. This was super appreciative considering I did not ask her too. That tells me she is concerned about customer satisfaction. The man doing my pedicure was super! He took his time to ensure he did a good job but was still quick enough to make me happy about the time it was taking. Overall super experience and I will certainly be returning in a couple of weeks. REVIEW #2 – I have been using Amy and Romeo for years. The service is always top notch and I have never walked away disappointed. Today, I tried something new; the TAP hybrid gel nails. REVIEW #3 – I was looking for a place to get my nails done in an emergency, after having been visiting Helena for a little while. They were able to squeeze me in, last minute, and I was sat with Romeo. He was incredibly nice and very friendly and his work was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and asked clarifying questions. He didn’t shred my cuticles or cause me to bleed or cause any pain at all. Over all the experience was amazing. I would definitely go back again. – Amy –

REVIEW #1 – Love, love this salon!!! They do a wonderful job & have a great design nails! I get a design ever time I go in & the price is reasonable & the designs are top notch. I usually have a color scheme in mind & take screenshots in & ask… “can you do this?” & Jessica (my nail tech) 9.5/10 times says yes. She is very meticulous & not only does a fantastic job w/the designs, she has NEVER nicked me & makes sure both hands are the same length. She never gets rushed or makes me feel like she is rushing to get through. I have had other nail techs do my nails & all of them do designs, Jessica is my nail tech & who I schedule my appointments with just because I like the designs she does & b/c she is so careful & meticulous! REVIEW #1 – This nail salon is ran like a well oiled machine! Plenty of people working so you are greeted and serviced very quickly. Tammy was absolutely amazing!!! I will never be using anyone else when I go, not because they aren’t good, just because she was so wonderful. I have very sensitive feet and she was extremely attentive to that. It cost $86 for a spa pedicure with regular polish and a gel polish manicure. I was happy to pay it as I did not feel my services were rushed and am still feeling relaxed hours after. REVIEW #3 – I have not received such good service in a long time. I absolutely loved my nails and the technician doing them took his time and was not rushing. He asked me if I liked them and was very attentive. He invited me to come back again and made sure I signed up for the loyalty program to receive discounts.
