REVIEW #1 – I haven’t been to any McDonald’s in at least a year or two. (I usually stay away from drive-through fast food except a couple times per year.) Today at lunch here in Northport AL was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Sure it’s fast food– but it was hot, freshly prepared, nicely put together and wrapped neatly (no mess), and our order was exactly right. Best of all was the friendly service with Mrs. Dee at the drive-through! Two thumbs up, thanks for making a rough day much nicer. – Victoria Evans
REVIEW #2 – There is a tropical storm/hurricane coming through tonight, and it’s rush hour/supper time. The lines are long inside and at the drive-through. Regardless the staff maintained their cool, remaining courteous and professional even though I witnessed more than one customer be very rude to them for things that weren’t the fault of the staff. The employees did a great job, my large family’s order was accurate and hot/cold as expected. REVIEW #3 – Always doing something nice. Older lady at front counter taking orders was the nicest person I think I’ve ever seen working. She was the best . Smiling, laughing ,joking around with me . REVIEW #1 – This McDonald’s location is very nice, I like how organized and clean it was with plenty different seating areas outside and inside. REVIEW #2 – I go to this McDonald’s Every day for breakfast at 6:00 AM thru the drivel thru. The lady that takes my order is so nice and even says hello Mr. Wayne every time. My food is always hot and the order is right. I drive 5 miles to go to this location. It is the best one in town. If you have a problem with your order tell them and they will make it right. – Wayne Barclay
REVIEW #3 – Was going to go thru drive thru but was pretty full but moving pretty quickly. Not but one customer inside so i went in and ordered. Got me out in about 4 minutes . I think that was pretty good for 10 double cheese burgers , 4 large fries and 6 pack chicken nuggets. The staff was very nice and friendly. – Harvey Barger
