REVIEW #1 – We stopped in here 2 different mornings during Mardi Gras. They really have it going on! I have a dietary restriction and they got it right both days! The food was hot, fresh, and the service was fast! The bathroom was clean with auto flushers and no touch dryers. They didn’t have seat covers and one of the stalls was out of paper. REVIEW #3 – Everyone was very friendly even though they were busy. We had a special request of fries with no salt and it was not a problem at all and they were perfect and believe me a lot of places don’t want to go through that trouble but they did with a smile. Some of the tables did need to be wiped off but they were busy so it’s understandable. The restrooms were cleaned and stalked and the parking lot was clean. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m usually not a big fan of McDonald’s – Leslie Dixon

REVIEW #1 – I have visited this McDonald’s three times within the past 2 weeks. I was greeted with smiles and the kindest employees. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a drink. By the time I fixed my drink and found a table the employee was bringing me my food. He gave me my food and told me to enjoy my lunch and have a great day. My burger and fries were piping hot, which put a smile on my face. I have never been treated so good at a fast food restaurant except for (the famous chicken place). REVIEW #1 – The staff at this location are much friendlier and seem to be more prompt than some of the other local McDonald’s locations. I’m not sure if it’s due to their proximity to USA, but whatever it is, I like this McDonald’s. Plus my food is always fresh and my order is always correct from this location. – Hadley Adams
REVIEW #2 – The drive-through is usually crowded and, is usually a little slow. However. Customer Service is good, but you may have to pull up and they’ll bring your order out to you. The food tastes better if you’re really hungry. It’s a busy location. – Serenta Chaney
REVIEW #3 – The inside and outside have improved after recent renovations. This McDonald’s went from one of the worst looking fast food places in Mobile to one of the nicest. The staff on the inside has also improved. The drive-through is still a bit backed up, but this location can not have two drive-throughs like some locations. REVIEW #1 – I came at 30 minutes till closing, which we all hate!! But the service was exceptional! Got all of my food fresh and within minutes. It is on a road that can be very busy at times and close to a traffic light intersection. However, the service is pretty good here. I have always had excellent service at this location. The employees are kind and helpful. Once there was a sandwich left out of my bag. When I went back to get it the manager came out and presented the fresh sandwich to me and apologized. Once I had several orders and the guy in drive-thru was so patient. This is my go-to Macdonalds! And the fries are always hot!
