REVIEW #1 – We visited this cafe twice. The vibe is cozy and warm. Lots of art pieces throughout the cafe to admire.

REVIEW #1 – The lady in the morning was a sweetheart. She was attentive and kind. I got the breakfast burrito with ham, salsa and sour cream. The ham was a bit salty, but the salsa was great and it balanced it out. Got a small latte as well ☕️❤️. Will definitely come back again before heading to work. REVIEW #3 – I normally live on the other side of town but have been staying near this coffee hut. They are the bomb! Every coffee I have gotten has been great. Very fast and good service. REVIEW #2 – We were only visiting Fairbanks for a week but we came here twice. Lattes were well made, and espresso tasted roasted and not burnt. Also the pizzas were surprisingly delicious. REVIEW #3 – I had order a delicious large cup of white mocha however, I was not aware that the large cup was a bowl. It was a unique concept but, I’m quite clumsy with spelling everything everywhere . The beautiful person behind the counter was so helpful and pour it into a mug ☕️ for me. It made a mess but she was just so kind and patient . Thank you for being super sweet and I’m glad I came here for the last day before new year day. My wife says the coffee is consistently delicious, which is rare for other coffee huts. I get the lotus energy drinks, and they are always great. REVIEW #3 – I have been following the process of this new coffee spot from the beginning, so I was excited to go to the opening! And let me tell you they did NOT disappoint!!
The stand itself is beautifully designed and modern, easily accessible, truly in a perfect location.
Service was efficient and the girls were very friendly.
From the fist sip of my usual go-to espresso; a perfectly steamed and smooth almond milk White Mocha, to the very last crumb of the most flavorful and phenomenal Everything Breakfast Slider, my taste buds, to say the least, were ecstatic.
That being said, if you ever find yourself in the Fairbanks area, whether that be for your morning rush or a mid-day pick-me-up, it’d be a shame not to give them a try, this place is a must visit!! – vita L
