REVIEW #1 – First time at a waffle house. We went for breakfast. Food is priced very reasonable. Our waitress Keshia was awesome. Very attentive, made us feel welcomed, checked in on us several times, and had a great personality. I would highly suggest trying to sit in her section. Her service was too tier. Food came within 10 minutes of ordering. For any restaurant that is exceptionally fast. Highly recommend stopping in. – Erin Brass

REVIEW #3 – I’ve been to many Waffle House post concerts. This was the most efficient Waffle House I’ve ever seen after the Hangout Fest. Outstanding service and food. REVIEW #1 – Highly recommended stopping here to experience a step back in time and enjoy some great food. Lots of delicious choices on the menu. REVIEW #2 – We stopped by while on a trip here. We had been here before a few years back for lunch and it was an ok time. But this time we grabbed breakfast and it was awesome! My daughter got the dreamboat and dressed it to her likings while I got the biscuit and gravy. Chefs kiss! Both were awesome. Our server, Joel, took care of all of our needs and didn’t miss a beat! REVIEW #3 – My group and I had an amazing time at the diner! We got to sit in the car that’s a booth, and it was such a cool experience! The person that seated us, Luis, was super kind and friendly. The service was great; our server, Maddy, was super sweet and very attentive. The food was also great and very filling – we had lots of leftovers. 10/10 Recommend! REVIEW #1 – This is a nice little breakfast place! My favorite was the house fries! They were delicious! We went early on a Saturday morning and there was one waiter for the first hour with almost all the tables full. He did an impressive job. I definitely recommend this place for quick service. If you want a full-blown conversation with the server, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for good food and quick service, I highly recommend. REVIEW #3 – My husband and I got The breakfast of Denver Omelets and they were delicious! He ordered toast with his and it came with sliced potatoes. I ordered a biscuit, it was huge and very good, but didn’t realize I would be charged 75 more cents. That wasn’t a problem with me but it might be to someone else. Neither one of us finished our potatoes, they seemed like they had been overcooked by reheating. The sweet tea was good too.
We had to wait 10 minutes or so to be seated. I’m not sure what the time was but it was around 10 am on a Sunday. While we were eating, more people came in, being seated after a small wait. Four people were waiting on the chairs provided for that when another couple and a single man (I don’t know if more were with him) came in and were waiting when the waiter came by the front where they were standing and told them breakfast was only going to be served for about 10 more minutes and he didn’t know if he could get to them. Both the couple and the man left. I don’t think my rating would have been half as high had I been one of them. We will certainly try eating there again in a future visit to Gulf Shores. The diner is located in a strip mall and was very interestingly decorated. You ordered off the large chalk board on the wall. – Kat W

REVIEW #1 – Kitty’s is where Southern hospitality meets unbelievable Food! The staff were friendly and quickly made us feel like we had known each other for years. The food was unbelievable. I had Corned Beef Hash, eggs, and a biscuit. My wife had the Country Fried Steak, eggs, grits and Biscuits and Gravy plate. Both dishes were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and arrived quickly. Prices were fair and the outdoor seating option was perfect on a beautiful morning. This is a gem and I would bypass closer eateries to dine here again. – Shawn Bina

REVIEW #1 – This restaurant is inside a hotel, but it is worth the trip. Fluffy pancakes! Big, build your own omelets! A wide range on the menu.
The only downsides were how loud the dishes were when the guy bussed the tables 😉 and there is an extra charge if you don’t pay cash. Food is excellent. Service was friendly! – Dana Stringer
REVIEW #2 – The food was great! My friend lived the alligator sausage. Numerous choices on the menu, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The selections, including coffee, are pricey, but it is a restaurant right on the beach, so you pay for it.
Overall, it is worth it for the selections. Leave extra time for food to be cooked and served, but you will enjoy it – Marie Smoyer
REVIEW #3 – What is better than a meal with a view! Eating breakfast each morning while looking at the ocean was the best way to start each day of our vacation. Not only is the food amazing but the staff working there makes the experience that much better. Food was fast, fresh and delicious (try the Gouda grits). REVIEW #1 – The location is quaint and offers a small town feel. They have a good selection on the breakfast buffet. Biscuits and gravy, grits, eggs, French toast, pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon, link and patty sausage, as well as a fruit bar. They offer an omelet station and while we didn’t partake of that option, the omelets we watched delivered looked very good! Service was wonderful!! REVIEW #2 – This breakfast buffet is a staple when I’m in gulf shores, has all the traditional favorites. The price is reasonable and the food is like you would make at home all at once, lol they do you have a lunch buffet, but I have never been able to make it over there at lunchtime so I can’t say as to that but the place has been around for many many years and I have been eating there for many many years, it is a great little place. All of the servers are always great and in a good mood they try really hard to make your experience, fun and enjoyable and also the omelette bar guy can make just about anything that you possibly would dream of . Do miss the other location that they used to have in Orange Beach, I do believe I’m thinking about the same owners on the one in Orange Beach, but I may be wrong on that – Stephen Wood
