REVIEW #1 – Nice warm 😊 cheerful goodmorning greeting in concert when I walked through the door from all employees. This waffle house was fully staffed at 8 am . Three cooks, four waitresses. REVIEW #2 – Honestly Jack’s has awesome food and they have not changed anything about them. I used to like McDonald’s double gravy and biscuits but they change there recipe so now Jack’s has my favorite double gravy and biscuit so please please don’t change the recipe it’s soo good lol. REVIEW #1 – Fonstella is a TRUE ASSET to this restaurant! I am usually in town on the weekends and order online. Food is ALWAYS ready when I walk in the door and Fonstella always sees me right away no matter how busy they are at the time. She always asks if I need anything else, but my order is always accurate so I usually reply with a “nope, thanks, I’m good”. She is the glue that holds the team together in the mornings and she is on top of her game. I don’t know how much she makes but she deserves a good raise, and if I were the owner I would take good care of her to ensure she doesn’t go anywhere else! My order was exactly perfect just like I ordered it even with the additions that added and the special order. Everything was in the bag. The lady at the cashier was very very nice. It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a person who was sincere. The ranch dressing with homemade. Emery’s dressing snap so this is refreshing to actually get a good quality ranch dressing with my chicken fingers.
