REVIEW #1 – Definitely giving this 5 stars – it’s a happy middle ground of price and quality/amount of food. This visit I got the Santa Fe bowl. Everything on the menu is very healthy, and the menu is relatively short and effective which I appreciate. Bowls, salads, sandwiches pretty much. REVIEW #3 – Delicious impossible burger with all the trims, marinated onions, cucumbers& creamy dill sauce. My salad was also wonderful starting with baby greens, Greek olives, sweet tiny peppers, avocados, radishes , feta & whatever else I wanted n my salad with a creamy dill dressing or miso dressing—both were good! REVIEW #2 – This was just the pick me up I needed after being in Birmingham for my husband’s upcoming transplant surgery. They were so helpful with this being my first “smoothie bowl experience” and recommended the BHAM bowl. It was amazing! REVIEW #3 – If you love smoothies, you will love these bowls. The base is like a thicker smoothie. The granola is really good. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. I love the Bham Bowl with Nutella and peanut butter on it. My daughter loves the City Bowl with no strawberries and double pineapple. It’s very filling. They can be a little hard to eat because they are piled high, so you have to work some to reach the base layer. I recommend asking for the layer of peanut butter or Nutella or whatever it is you’re getting like that to be put over the granola layer and then top with fruit to make it a little easier to eat. Portions are generous, and while it may seem a tad high – $11 for a 12 punch bowl – you will be full, and it’s healthy and fresh, so it’s a fair price. I’d rather pay for something that’s fresh than get inferior quality just to cut the cost. Sizes are 8, 12, or 16 ounces. – Ashley D
