REVIEW #1 –  I enjoy eating at this particular Waffle House in Troy, AL. Their cook I think her name is, Bree well, she knows just how I like my waffles and I always look for her when I arrive because then and only then will I order my WAFFLES. But overall, I feel entire staff demonstrates excellent customer service skills from the time you enter the building they know how to make customers feel welcome. My experience there has always been wonderful. Thank you so very much and keep up the good work. – Dawn Wright

REVIEW #2 – I go here nearly every morning and this staff is on point. Lacy, Lin and Lindsey are professional and masters of their craft. I walk in and they ask if I want the usual. I’m not the only one that get this service either. Super clean grill and bathrooms I’ve never seen a mess or dirt anywhere and this buildings been here a long time. Thank you for taking care of my morning WH Team. – Brian

REVIEW #1 –  We stopped for breakfast, and the food was delicious. Small buffett with just the right amount of options. Everything was fresh and hot. I saw them start the lunch setup… those slices of pies looked amazing. Very nice place to stop for a quick bite. Friendly staff and affordable prices. – Sarah

REVIEW #2 – Passing through Alabama and stayed overnight in Troy. I found Julia’s Restaurant on Google, and we are always eager to try locally-owned non-franchise places. We had a party of 8, and while the place was moderately busy (Saturday morning breakfast), we were accommodated quickly in the spacious and clean dining area, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and hospitable. The food is cafeteria style; they had scrambled eggs, various breakfast meats, biscuits, sausage gravy, tomato gravy, cheese grits, hash browns, French toast, pancakes, and more. You can ask for any of the options available, and the staff create your plate. The servings were plentiful, and we ended up taking a couple takeout boxes away with us…really at least two more meals worth, so that made it about $7-8 per person. Highly recommend stopping here! – Christy Wortham

REVIEW #3 – Everytime we come to Troy we love stopping by Julia’s with the family. I’m more fond of the lunch buffet but the breakfast buffet is good too. Service is always great! -Troy Native – NaTasha J

REVIEW #4 – We read the reviews before stopping so we were prepared for the Cafeteria style. The staff was friendly and the place was clean with no concerns. My daughter is in culinary and informed us that the last inspection was very positive as well. 🙂 my only feedback was the same I would provide for any buffet style place that isn’t busy at that time. When the restaurant is not busy there are certain items that do not keep well if not sold quickly. Pancakes and French toast and biscuits should have a shorter shelf life than other things. Our pancakes were rock hard as was the French toast. The food all had good flavor. The cinnamon roles were especially delicious. 6 of us ate for 60.00 which included drinks and tip. Overall, it was not a disappointment.

REVIEW #1 –  I enjoy stopping thru any Chick-fil-A drive thru. But I wouldn’t recommend ordering inside this one. At least not during breakfast. Once they gave me my food and didn’t not out everything in my bag and just rhr over day, I stood waiting for a while until I heard a worker say my name and realized they were saying I wasn’t there! So after I spoke up, come to fin out they had given my order to someone in the drive thru.. other than those two times, I genuinely love the place. Food is always fresh and good and drive thru is always fast, plus the cashiers are always always friendly – Taylor Sharp

REVIEW #2 – Fast service and great food. Service always with a smile. Our first time trying breakfast. It was a fantastic fried chicken-scrambled egg wrap with tots and a sweet tea. Jalapeño salsa is a must try! – Chelli Carter Timbie

REVIEW #3 – I’ve had consistently great experiences here, primarily breakfast/brunch times. Great quality of food and service.
I recommend ordering ahead on the app if you can, as you never know how full the line will be. They are able to service food quickly, but it’s a popular spot for sure. – Joslyn Williams

REVIEW #1 –  I am a huge fan of Jack’s! I hope they keep expanding their footprint to include more areas. The Troy location is clean and nicely decorated with a nice tv to watch sporting events. The breakfast was really good, and the price point is better than comparable fast food places. – Shellie Bowdoin

REVIEW #2 – I pulled up a Jacks this morning and I felt like I was at home!😊 The ladies made me feel so welcomed!😁From the lady taking orders at the drive-thru window ,the lady who brought my order to the window, and the lady who brought my butter outside to me.This is so hard to get at some of these restaurants.🤷🏽‍♀️ I really appreciate this from your nice and friendly staff.👏🏽👏🏽 Keep up the great work…😊 – Stickiarrow787

REVIEW #3 – It had been a long time since I had breakfast at a Jack’s. It is still just as good as ever. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, just like the lady there told me they’d be. I can’t wait to go back for dinner, fried chicken and Jack’s famous fries! – John Arbogast

REVIEW #1 –  Best breakfast for a fast food joint iv had in a long time. And the people working thare acted like thay were glad you came in. I dont see that much anymore! !!!! – Matt Pardue

REVIEW #2 – They’re fast and friendly drive through service and the delicious hot Country Steak Biscuits can’t be beat! – William Smith

REVIEW #3 – The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant needs a renovation. I had the Super Sausage Biscuit meal. The service was quite fast. We dined in and were the only people in the restaurant around 10 a.m on a Tuesday. The flavor of my biscuit sandwich was excellent, the biscuit was crumbly and buttery, the hash browns were extra crispy. The floors in the restaurant felt sticky. The decor and furnishings seemed a bit old. The parking lot has lots of cracked asphalt. The soda machine inside was out of order. My husband used the restroom and said it was pretty bad. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want to get your meal to go. They need to upgrade the building and grounds to earn a 5 star rating. – Susan Petrey Carriker
