REVIEW #1 – My husband and I are ice cream connoisseurs! This is probably the best ice cream we’ve ever had. We each had the two scoops of the two coffee flavored ice creams in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The portion was generous and the prices were definitely not Birmingham style. The “Daily Grind” flavor was divine!! There were small chocolate covered coffee beans blended into the ice cream. There was a coffee chocolate flavor that was delightful. The other coffee flavor was wonderful, but maybe not quite as bold as the Daily Grind flavor. The young man that waited on us was exceedingly kind and respectful. We give Kaleidoscoops our highest recommendation. Next time we pass through Decatur, this will be our first stop!! – SL

REVIEW #1 – The ice cream quality here is amazing. The bananna pudding had the best banana flavor to it. Didn’t taste like fake “banana” flavoring at all. REVIEW #2 – Tess’ Place is a great place to get a great treat. It is more than just ice cream; there are gourmet sodas, shaved ice, hot chocolate, etc. The staff seems willing to please, so they may make any concoction you ask for.
