REVIEW #3 – This shop was great, fair, honest and friendly! Highly recommend! We first went to a different shop down the road about a mile to sell a coin collection we believed to be worth a few thousand dollars. The collection included 2 gold commemorative coins from Liberia, Africa. The gentleman at the other shop tried to tell us the two gold coins were actually only gold filled and were worth no more than two dollars each. I felt something was amiss. Ultimately he offered us $600 for our entire collection. Thankfully we brought the collection here to Arizona Coins and Collectibles and got a much better deal! REVIEW #3 – I just finished recommending Glass Shoppe Coin to somebody I met a few weeks ago. I haven’t been to the Glass Shoppe since 2011 and went to a half dozen coin places after my dad passed away and left me a bunch of coins. I wasn’t so naive that I would have spent them at the grocery store but there was a vast difference between the prices I was offered elsewhere and here. I was so impressed with my experience there that I still say it’s the only place in Tucson to go regardless of your intent to buy or sell. In the tough economy the Glass Shoppe is still there and going strong..that must tell you something.
