The employees are always very friendly & super helpful as much as they can capably be dealing in a business involved w/ dealing w/such a large variety of different items that hold value from precious metals to jewelry & watches, power tools & equipment, electronics & even some appliances, designer hand bags & sunglasses, coins/bullion/currency, celebrity-endorsed & autographed sports memorabilia-all authenticated & verified, musical instruments, art, & more.

They always give high fair value on your items when selling & looking to get a loan. They’ve even started a new automated texting system for loan reminders for upcoming payments due, helping you to always be aware of your loan due date so you never miss picking it up/renewing it, whereas elsewhere using older communication devices due & overdue loans can easily be overlooked/missed leading to customers coming in looking to pick up their items, especially jewelry, or looking to renew their loan, only to find that the due date was missed & their jewelry has been sent out with the last lot of unpaid pawn jewelry to be melted down for scrap value or use for shop’s jewelry repair service.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for, I believe, the last 5-maybe even up to 7 years. Coming from being a long time customer of Ideal Jewelry & Loan in the center of Brockton for 10+ years, I randomly decided to give Empire Loan a shot, stopping in just to find out what they would give me for a loan on some jewelry pieces I had pawned, off & on, many times at Ideal for many years, (even asking for increases on those loan amounts a few times over the years for both market fluctuation reasons, + just because trust had been built during the long term business relationship-or so I assumed).
