REVIEW #3 – This was my first time ever selling jewelry that I no longer wear. Art explained the process and showed me the handheld metals analyzer used to determine the amount of gold, silver, and other metals in each piece of jewelry. He paid me based on the day’s current rate, which was more than I expected. I was required to show a picture ID and be thumb printed, which surprised me. Dennis was the one who helped me, and his customer service skills are insane! He made me feel so welcomed, and he educated me on so many things. He took his time going through the coins I had and explained the value in each coin in detail with no pressure on selling them, actually telling me which coins I should keep because they might have a higher value in the future.
