REVIEW #1 – I come to this McDonald’s in the mornings around 6:30am almost every weekday, Marcia and Sylvia are always bringing a positive attitude and energy, they’re both very sweet and kind, and they never fail to bring up my mood so early. They always do their job exceptionally well and they work very hard, especially for how early it is in the day. I love knowing I can look forwards to seeing these very sweet ladies in the morning because their attitudes lift up many other people’s and they inspire me to be nicer and work harder in life. REVIEW #2 – I typically get breakfast at McDonald’s, and I visit several of them in the greater Huntsville area each week. This is one of the few that keep an eye on the front counter for customers who prefer not to use the automated tellers. REVIEW #1 – We had a birthday gathering here recently. I called 10 times in advance various days before but no one ever answered. We showed up and they actually did a great job. REVIEW #3 – Was here on Easter Sunday while out of town for business. Drive thru was busy so I decided to go inside. There were about 4 people inside waiting for their food, and I soon was informed they were shorthanded this morning. Manager was up front bagging, drive thru girl was going as fast as she could, and looked like only 2 people in the kitchen. Patrons started getting loud, demanding their food, asking for a refund, etc. The Manager took it all, even being cursed at, with such grace and apologized. People are so mean. They were doing the best they could. Kudos to the young lady Manager for keeping her composure. – Holley Cook

REVIEW #1 – For the first time in years I received world class service from a McDonald’s. My daughter and I stopped by on Wednesday October 5th for a quick bite after leaving my daughter’s hair appointment. The employee’s were so friendly and told us about the new sauces they would would possibly like. We were delighted with the Mambo and Sweet and Spicy Jam.
