REVIEW #1 – I ran in the door in a hurry, as usual, and was not expecting what happened next. I was waited on by such a sweet sweet lady. She turned my awful morning into a much happier afternoon. She greeted me with such a warm smile and asked me about my day. I proceeded to tell her about my very sick niece that was in the hospital and I was going to take her a McGriddle because that was her favorite. I wish I had asked her more about herself but all I remember is her first name, Diane, because it is mine as well. It’s rare that you get to meet someone as special as she seemed to me. REVIEW #1 – Took my 83 year old Dad with dementia for breakfast today. The cashier/manager was very friendly and service was fast even though they had a line at drive thru wrapped around the building. Food was hot and fresh. Dad and I got a sausage biscuit, hash brown, coffee, large soda and the Big Breakfast with pancakes for less than ten dollars total. It had been years since I went to a McDonalds but that is where my dad wanted to go so I took him. I was very pleasantly surprised! REVIEW #2 – Drive through was slow taking & filling orders. Food is good, but biscuits are no where near as good as other locations in other states. The are thinner, denser, and greasier – and that goes for all Lauderdale Co. McDonald’s. – Dale Krebs

REVIEW #1 – This McDonald’s is pretty good. I have never had a problem with its food and it has always tasted good too! The only reason to rate it any less than 5 starts would be how long it can take to go through the drive through. The wait time is still not as bad as some of the other places in Florence, so I believe it deserves a 5 star rating. – rexbattler
REVIEW #2 – I had ordered from the app and I have problems with it glitching at times so when I got there it wasn’t my order and I had gotten a bundle that you can only get on the app and the manager there was very accommodating and I got everything I got on the app and she got it as close as she could to the price it was I thank her and her staff for being do friendly when my husband and I eat there frequently since then – Marcy Webb
REVIEW #3 – This particular location is consistent and keeps a higher standard of excellence! If they get your order wrong, they care enough to remake it.
