REVIEW #1 – First Watch is my favorite breakfast spot in Birmingham! I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t love here. I tried the AM Superfoods Bowl for the first time recently and was so impressed. REVIEW #2 – I love that the menu has healthy food that doesn’t taste healthy. I had the smoked salmon frittata with a side of greens and a slice of homemade toast. Whoever put together their menu did such a thoughtful job. The combination of food balances so well. We also had a lemon ricotta pancake and a side of million dollar bacon. My son had the BLTE. REVIEW #3 – Evelin was our server, and she was awesome. We had a party of 5, and we were well taken care of. The food and drinks were filling and even had to-go boxes. The atmosphere was family and kid friendly. It is a perfect place for a girls’ brunch. I love it 😀 – Ebony Jaden

REVIEW #3 – Excellent. First time at Alabama Biscuit and I hate I waited so long. We found out that this was the first day open for this location. They were not busy, but everything was handled well so I expect they would be fine when busy. Friendly staff, nice interior (a little loud) with nice wood tables. Grits, Pear Bis-cake, Alabama biscuit were very tasty. Don’t be put off that the biscuits don’t look like your Grandma’s, they taste great. It is not inexpensive, but for us it was worth it. We could see into the kitchen and see the staff slicing fresh fruit for the pear bus-cake. – C Wofford
