REVIEW #1 – Not only is the store absolutely beautiful and clean. The tea was perfect and the food is delicious. But you have one thing that really beats all other Jacks and her name is Alicia. Please tell her that they don’t make people like her anymore. Ones that seem like they’re actually happy to be at work and happy to serve you. I don’t know if she’s manager but she needs to because she understands what your company needs. I am blown away at how she goes above and beyond for your company to be successful with happy customers. REVIEW #2 – Had a Friendly experience, Mr Reggie was our cashier and attended us with generosity. REVIEW #1 – Breakfast is always fresh and delicious – Drew Pierce
REVIEW #2 – Good food. I got the ‘Special’ breakfast and an order of pancakes. There weren’t many eggs, but the bacon was a generous serving . The meal also included a biscuit, gravy, and grits. All in all. Very filling and delicious. The pancakes were hot and fluffy. I was given plenty of syrup packets.
Over all very good breakfast and fast service even with a long line of cars. The line moved quickly. – Norma Ferron
REVIEW #3 – The meal I ordered had to be cooked so there was a seven minute wait. I appreciate the host for telling me this when I placed my order. I did not mind at all. REVIEW #1 – The drive thru at every Jack’s I’ve ever been to is always incredibly fast. You can pull up to a full line of people at their drive thru during their morning rush and they’ll have the line down in no time. The biscuits and gravy here are my favorite and they have the best breakfast sandwiches on the market. Their shakes are good as well, I always recommend the Smoky Mountain Fudge or the strawberry shakes. Their biscuits are buttery and delicious. Their eggs & grits can be pretty bland so I usually don’t order those. The burgers can be extra greasy at times but they make up for it with their fries. I like to get their fries with a little extra cheese salt and a side of ranch to dip. Their ranch dressing is the best. Try a chicken biscuit with strawberry jelly, or if you are a fan of their steak biscuits, try it with eggs and cheese, thank me later.
The staff are usually super busy getting customers in and out of the line but they’re always friendly. – Brittany Simzak
REVIEW #2 – This location was slammed both inside and at the drive through, they handled it with speed, professionalism and cool heads.
