REVIEW #1 – It was Friday and the place was a little busy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Machado and a Sausage Biscuit. The Machado was really sweet, I think they added extra squirts of the Machado sauce. Other than that, everything was good 👍 they also used to play country music in the store, but today they had some hippie stuff! Bring back the country music please 🙏 – Jay Alan
REVIEW #2 – Everyone who worked at this location when I was there needs a raise. This place was insanely busy. Like New York City Starbucks busy. And they all were patient, professional, and kind during the madness. Everyone in town was there trying to get coffee and they pumped it out as quickly as they could. The girl running the show was great. And the team was as well. Of course there were a few jerks there who thought it was a crisis their coffee wasn’t ready in 5 min. REVIEW #1 – This Starbucks is the gold standard for the way all Starbucks should run. The customer service is fantastic! The drink consistency and speed to which drinks are delivered beat any Starbucks in the area. I usually drive through the Gardendale location, however, after experiencing the exceptional service if I can find a reason to go to this location I’d do it. – Lance Huffstutler
REVIEW #2 – I have been working an extra job this month and found this Starbucks in the area. I’ve used the drive through about 5 times already and it’s been amazingly fast. The employees are super friendly. Even used a “Good Monday morning, what can we make for you”. Then, at the window if there is a small wait, the employee asks how your day or week is. He has done this every time so it’s not just a one day fluke. Much better than staring at a closed window while waiting. Very good job! It’s customer service you unfortunately don’t see much of anymore…especially during a very busy morning rush. – kim Q
REVIEW #3 – It’s that time of year for red cups. There are thousands of Starbucks, they basically serve the same drinks, food, and also selling the same Starbuck’s merchandise.
What makes this place unique, the customer service. The cheery greetings, small conversations with the staff while waiting for your drinks. That’s what hospitality is all about.
