He was assisting another customer when I arrived but in his defense I was running a tad bit behind schedule. I made the acquaintance of AJ, another store representative. He kept me company by chatting about tattoos and other subjects. I watched as Dan took his time to continue to assist the other customer. I could only think, “wow, he seems very knowledgeable and helpful to the lady” and she thanked him as she left.
When it was time for Dan to address my concerns, he gave me the same level of assistance he had previously given the customer before me. Dan even took the time to educate me on what I had in my possession. The entire staff seemed so knowledgeable and eager to offer their service. They made such a great impression I revisited their establishment two more times in that same week.
