REVIEW #5 – I went to Northside Pawn Shop and upon entering the store, the staff said hello and welcome even though the store had several customers they were already helping. I told them thank you and that I was “just looking”. I went to the gun side of the store to look for an item. They did not have what I was asking for, but the man behind the counter said he could order it. So I said ok and I was called 5 days later, (over the weekend) and I purchased my item. I am very pleased with my purchase and the fair price and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am not a regular customer, I do not know anyone who works there, I maybe buy something 1 time a year, but the staff all treated me like we were all friends.
