REVIEW #1 – Amazing!! Absolutely mind blown by the ice cream. I had the white chocolate raspberry in a waffle cone I was so shocked by the way she had got the ice cream to the bottom!!! Not in my 68 years of living have I seen that. My granddaughter got the red velvet sundae with salted carnival brownie ice cream and cookie dough bites and gosh did she love it. REVIEW #3 – Harper’s is amazing. It’s a Mom & Pop Old Fashion Homemade Ice Cream shop run by a sweet older couple. They have DOZENS of wonderful flavors as well as a few breakfast, cookies, etc (& cakes/etc for holidays & pre-order). Their freezers are EXTREMELY COLD, too, so your ice cream WILL NOT be melted if you have a bit of a drive home. The one & only drawback of this place is that they are CASH ONLY!!! – Jenny Cox
