REVIEW #1 – Every visit at this location is a joy. I have come to this location religiously since the summer of 2015 and even though they do get overwhelmed, the mutual appreciation given between us is tangible. If you come on a busy day or a busy time, understand that it might take a while to get served, but also understand that every barista pours their heart and soul into every tiem they make. There may be 100 customers, but there’s only 5 workers. A little decency goes for miles. About twice a year I’ve waited for over an hour for my order, but it wasn’t bad. I just cracked a book open or wrote a passage or two to make the time useful. You can easily get some fresh air or take a small walk, or have a photo op while waiting. Just tell them where you’re going to be and they’ll understand. My 2588 crew is awesome!!! – Marcello Colotario
REVIEW #2 – Thank you to the manager and team members at the Cobbs Ford Road location. I ordered on the app this morning, but when I got to the store I was told the drink was not available. The manager quickly helped with my refund and a young lady gave me a complimentary dark roast. At every step of the way, the manager and baristas acted professionally and I was treated with respect. Coffee taste great, but for the price I should have asked for Little Ice!

REVIEW #1 – THANK YOU! to everyone working at this Starbucks evening. We stopped on the way home for some coffee and my bank card got declined. Obviously I was concerned and upset. When I stepped out to call USAA about it (they had put a fraud alert on my account). My daughter comes walking out of Starbucks with all our drinks and treats! Thank you again that was incredibly sweet.

REVIEW #3 – I don’t drink coffee, but I go in with my daughter on a weekly basis. The staff has helped me come up with drinks, both hot in the summer and cold in the winter that I love.
