REVIEW #2 – Was really upset last night when we ordered in the app and got to the store for pickup and the ice cream machine was down. Didn’t offer us our money back or anything. Contacted Corp and they told us to go get our money back. Went to the store and Lane at the register took care of making our ice cream instead of a refund and then made sure the food we just ordered was correct. Lane really took care of the situation and made everything ok. We really appreciate you Lane. More people should be as good at their job as you are. 5 Stars for Lane – Clinton Sanchez
REVIEW #3 – Stopped in for dinner with my kiddo. I watched Lane handle dozens of customers both inside and out, find work arounds for customers because of broken equipment, and also got everyone’s food out promptly, every bit he did with a smile and very professional.
