REVIEW #2 – Well I ordered a 2 egg breakfast but I was asked if I wonted sausage yes I said hash brown yes I said and the ticket was double my order but the waitress took it off but I got my breakfast can’t eat inside but u can order to go so I sit outside and realized she didn’t remove nor ignore the request she gave me my hash browns and 2 sausage I was very pleased and thankful to the night shift last night in valley AL. REVIEW #4 – What can I say? It’s Waffle House. One does not go to Waffle House to experience culinary excellence, although the Texas bacon patty melt and pecan waffle I had were pretty damn good. One goes to Waffle House for the comfort of the familiar; for the steadfastness of doors always open; for bottomless cups of steaming, strong, slightly scorched coffee; for waitresses who can be counted upon to call one “honey”; for health department inspection scores guaranteed to keep the immune system strong. Waffle House is not a restaurant – it is an institution, a beacon in the darkness of our collective modern existence. – C B
REVIEW #5 – Growing up in the South, I am very familiar with the Waffle House. Since moving up North, you do not find that many Waffle Houses like you do in the South. It was an absolute joy to go and eat breakfast at this particular Waffle House. The food was great, the service was good though the waitress kept a head bud in the whole time of waiting in us; however, she was still hearing everything we were saying.
