REVIEW #6 – The store manager, Sabrina was outstanding. She knew her stuff and keeps the store clean and organized, making products easy to find. She made us feel welcome, and not awkward at all . She even introduced us to new merchandise that we have never tried. She made our visit worthwhile. The outside, however, looks like an old abandoned building, covered with stains. There were some lights missing on the exterior. It makes you feel like you’re going to get mugged. Pretty creepy. The big sign was run down/small and with an awkward location, made it hard to find without using a phone for directions. I wonder if corporate really wants to make money up here in Fairbanks… business would probably be a lot better if they did a huge overhaul or found a bigger, better location. I’m born and raised in Arizona and I’ve been to the main Castle store. It has much better advertising, feels safer, and it has better lighting for you to actually know that it’s an adult store and it drives you in to purchase amazing products. – Alaskan Hoarfrost
